July 10,2024, Amendment 004 is hereby issued to cancel the subject solicitation in it's entirety The Defense Logistics Agency is issue a solicitation for a national requirements contract for Bicalutamide 50MG tablets in bottle counts of 30 and 500. Procurement details follow. DESCRIPTION EST QTY (YR) Bicalutamide 50 MG Tablet – 30 Count 23,529 Bicalutamide 50 MG Tablet – 500 Count 1961 This is an unrestricted and fully competitive acquisition. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, requirements type contract with a one-year base and four one-year options. A contract resulting from this solicitation will establish a national supply source, in accordance with FAR 52.216-21 (Requirements), to provide the items listed in the schedule for purchase by Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, Indian Health Service and Bureau of Prisons customers through the DLA and VA prime vendor programs. The annual usage estimates will be provided in the Schedule of Supplies section of the solicitation. This is a commercial item and will be solicited using FAR part 12. All sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the solicitation will be posted to the DLA Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and Sam.Gov at https://sam.gov/ Interested parties should contact Keith Ryales (215-737-9199) (Keith.
