The contract action is for the purchase, installation, and service of (1) ScriptCenter Locker Solution at Langley AFB. Innovation Associates, Inc. is the only responsible source on DLA's Patient Monitoring and Capital Equipment (PMCE) schedule that can provide the requirement and has all the proprietary rights to the equipment, software, and maintenance as an authorized distributor of the OEM, Asteres.
