The proposed acquisition will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) and covers a requirement for the item: OVERALLS, ELECTRICAL NSN 8415 01 563 4011 Approved CAGE - Part Number ; 44NS5 Paramount Corp DBA Oberon Company TCG40-BIB-XL The award will be issued as a simplified acquisition and the total dollar value will not exceed $250,000 for the total of all delivery orders issued during the two-year base period. The IDPO may have multiple delivery destinations throughout the continental USA. All deliveries will be FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Delivery will be required 45 days after the date of award. All materials used in the fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offeror. It is anticipated this solicitation will be posted to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) on or after March 2023. All offerors MUST be registered in The System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit offers which, if timely received, shall be considered. They can add up to ninety-eight (98) additional users, provide user IDs and passwords, modify existing users, and control the login status of each user for their CAGEs through My Account (Account Maintenance).
