The DLA Troop Support is planning a firm fixed-price, indefinite quantity contract for the manufacture and delivery of MOLLE components, including Assault Packs, Canteen Pouches, and various other pouches, with guaranteed minimum quantities ranging from 10 to 50,000 units per item. The contract will consist of three 12-month ordering periods, with a production lead time of 210 days for the initial order (including 90 days for First Article Test submission and 60 days for government review) and 120 days for subsequent orders. Deliveries will be made to Third Party Logistics depots in Pendergrass, Georgia; Austin, Texas; and Lansing, Michigan, with inspection and acceptance at source and FOB Destination terms. The solicitation will be issued as Full and Open Competition with a HUBZone price evaluation preference, using Best Value Tradeoff source selection based on Product Demonstration Models, Surge and Sustainment Capability, and Past Performance. All components must be manufactured in accordance with purchase description CO-PD-02-02 Rev R, and offerors must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award.
