This is a total small business set-aside for a firm-fixed-price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to supply Homeless/Disaster Blankets. The contract includes a one-year base period with a guaranteed minimum of 231,250 blankets and a maximum of 450,000 blankets. All materials and manufacturing must be 100% U.S.-sourced and performed within the United States. Award will be based on best value, with past performance and performance confidence significantly more important than price.
