This opportunity is a total small business set-aside for two lots (50/50 split) to manufacture and deliver the Men’s Army Green Service Uniform All Weather Coat, in accordance with MIL-DTL-32768A. The procurement will result in two 60-month indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price contracts with five 12-month price tiers. Each lot has a guaranteed minimum of 16,650 units, an annual estimated quantity of 66,600, and a maximum of 499,500 over the contract period. Initial deliveries begin 120 days after award, with the first delivery destination being Travis Association for the Blind in Austin, TX. All items must be 100% U.S. manufactured from domestic materials, and award evaluation will prioritize technical merit and past performance over price.
