This is a 100% small business set-aside solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Type contract to supply Olive Drab undershirts. The contract will have a 60-month ordering period with five 12-month price tiers, including a guaranteed minimum of 55,776 units, an annual estimated quantity of 222,816 units per tier, and a maximum of 1,392,600 units across all tiers. Delivery will be FOB Destination to Travis Association for the Blind, Austin, TX, with the first delivery order beginning 90 days after award and subsequent orders requiring a 90-day lead time. Offerors must submit three size medium Product Demonstration Models, and all materials must be Berry Amendment compliant. Award will be based on best value tradeoff, with technical and past performance more important than price.
