This is a 100% 8(a) small business set-aside for a 60-month firm-fixed-price contract to supply both Regular and Improved Duffel Bags. The contractor must furnish all materials, which must be Berry Amendment compliant. Services will be performed with delivery to Travis Association for the Blind in Austin, TX, and Peckham Inc. in Lansing, MI for the Regular Duffel Bag, and to the Pendergrass Distribution Center in Pendergrass, GA for the Improved Duffel Bag. The total combined quantity over five years has a minimum of 120,000 units, an annual estimated quantity of 480,000 units, and a maximum of 2,950,000 units. The award will be based on a best-value trade-off where technical factors and past performance are more important than cost.
