Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation for the purchase of black athletic socks, with the intent to award two separate 50% contracts. The resultant indefinite delivery contract(s) will have a 60-month ordering period divided into five 12-month price tiers, with specified minimum and maximum quantities. Performance requires delivery FOB Destination to Pendergrass, Georgia, and all materials and manufacturing must be Berry Amendment compliant. The evaluation is a best value trade-off where technical factors, including mandatory Product Demonstration Models (PDMs) and past performance, are more important than cost. The first delivery order is due to begin 90 days after contract award.
