The solicitation has NOT yet been issued. Solicitation Number: TBD Item: CLOTH, SATIN NSN: 8305-01-035-1058 PGC: 11311 This procurement is for the manufacture and delivery of CLOTH, SATIN, NSN 8305-01-035-1058, PGC: 11311. The CLOTH, SATIN shall be manufactured in accordance with (IAW) Military Specification MIL-C-24576A (SH), CLOTH, SILICA GLASS; CLOTH, COATED, GLASS, SILICONE RUBBER COATED dated 27 July 1987 and Amendment I dated 13 January 1988. Production Lead Time (PLT) is 159 days for the first delivery order and 90 days for subsequent orders. This procurement will have four (4) one-year tier periods with a minimum quantity for the entire contract life of 35,971(yards) and a maximum quantity for the entire contract life of 179,852(yards). The annual estimated quantities for each respective tier year are as follows; Tier 1 51,326(yards), Tier 2 30,852(yards), Tier 3 30,852(yards), and Tier 4 30,852(yards). Solicitation will be 100% Full and Open Competition (Unrestricted) with HUBZone Price Evaluation Preference. Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinitely Quantity contract is anticipated for this procurement. This solicitation will be evaluated under Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Procedures with the following evaluation factors: 1. Technical Test Reports (Factor 1) 2. Past Performance Confidence Assessment (Factor 2) FOB: DESTINATION INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE: ORIGIN DELIVERY DESTINATION: VSGX It is anticipated this solicitation will be posted to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) on or after October 18, 2024. All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsible sources may submit offers which, if received in a timely fashion, shall be considered. Generally, Clothing and Textile items (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012) and “specialty metals” (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted, or produced in the United States, its possessions, or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225-7002-2 exceptions applies.
