This procurement will be issued as a total small business set aside. The proposed acquisition is for an Indefinite-Delivery, Purchase Order type contract (IDPO) with a 120 day delivery after the date of each order for the supply and delivery of 18 various insignias. The length of the IDPO contract will be for three (3) twelve (12) month tier periods. The Berry Amendment does apply for this acquisition and the prescribed clause will be included in the solicitation. The AEQ for each insignia 700 each per year. The ordering period will be 120 days after date of each order to be shipped and delivered to: SHIPPING DESTINATION: VSGX Arizona Industries for the Blind 515 North 51th Ave., Suite 130 Phoenix, AZ 85043 This item will be procured using Best Value Source Selection procedures. The main evaluation factors will be SPRS system, the vendors ability to meet the delivery schedule, as well as price. This solicitation is subject to the Simplified Acquisition Threshold regulations; therefore the total maximum dollar value of this IDPO may not exceed $250,000.00 for the total of all delivery orders issued during the entire term of the contract. The Government is only obligated to procure the guaranteed minimum by the end of the life of the contract which will be $3,000.00. There are no guarantees on the number of delivery orders which may occur during the contract period. Also, there will be no limit on the number of orders that may be issued during the contract period. Best Value Trade-Off Source Selection Process applies No variation in quantity allowed. The solicitation will cover DLA Direct requirements. Actual ship-to locations may vary and will be provided on each individual delivery order issued against this IDPO. The annual estimated quantities for subject items of supply are shown below. This is an estimate only and will not be purchased by the IDPO contract. Four different solicitations will be issued with 18 clins listed on each solicitation. A total of four seperate IDPO contracts will be awarded to the offer that is deem the best value to the Government.
