DLA Troop Support is seeking to identify possible sources that can manufacture the following NSNs: 8415- 01-595-5297, 8415-01-595-5198, and 8415-01-595-5199 FLYERS, JACKET. Drawings are not available. Interested contractors will be required to submit a complete technical data package which will be forwarded to the Engineering Support Activity for review. DLA Troop Support is in the process of developing a solicitation for the referenced item for an IDPO contract. This is for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this inquiry. The Government will not pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Notice.
