The IDPO may have multiple delivery destinations throughout the continental USA. All deliveries will be FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Delivery will be required 45 days after the date of award. All materials used in the fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offeror. It is anticipated this solicitation will be posted to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) on or after March 2023. All offerors MUST be registered in The System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit offers which, if timely received, shall be considered.
