This acquisition is for the manufacture and delivery of the modular scalable vest, generation II, and its components and is made in accordance with specification AR/PD 15-03 REV F, Amendment 3, dated May 3, 2021. The Government plans to have three (3) tier periods under any resultant contract. Tier one (1) will have a performance period from the date of award through 547 days (or 18 months) thereafter. Tier two (2) will have a performance period immediately following tier one (1) through 365 days thereafter.
