Buy American act - the cost of the domestic components in a manufactured end product delivered in 2023 must exceed 60% of the cost total component cost. Qualifying countries the following are qualifying countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. If your firm produced the blousing strap please submit your firm's name and point of contat to DLA Troop Support Attn: Arlett R. Hartie, Accessories Supervisor, via e-mail at arlett.hartie@dla.mil.
