This synopsis is for the acquisition of the Marine Corp, APECS, Woodland Camouflage Trousers, NSN 8415-01-516-8421(s), PGC: 02867; NWU, APECS, Woodland Trousers Type II, NSN 8415-01-599-1775(s), PGC: 03827, and NWU, APECS, Woodland Trousers Type III, NSN 8415-01-599-2351(s), PGC: 03828. This acquisition will be a 100% Small Business Set-aside. This is an IDTC acquisition with a one year base term and 2 one year option terms. The quantities for the base and two option terms will be for any combination of the listed items. The base term will be 4,000 each minimum and 21,000 each Annual Order Limitations Quantity (AOLQ) with an annual estimated quantity (AEQ) of 16,121. The quantity for option year 1 will be 4,000 each minimum and 21,000 each Annual Order Limitations Quantity (AOLQ) with an annual estimated quantity (AEQ) of 16,121. The quantity for option year 2 will be 4,000 each minimum and 21,000 each Annual Order Limitations Quantity (AOLQ) with an annual estimated quantity (AEQ) of 16,121. The Marine Corp, APECS, Woodland Camouflage Trousers shall be made in accordance with MIL-DTL-32158 dated 19 January 2004; pattern dated 27 October 2004. The NWU, APECS, Woodland Trousers Type II shall be made in accordance with Type III NCTRF PD 04-11A dated 17 April 2012; pattern date 26 January 2012. The NWU, APECS, Woodland Trousers Type III shall be made in accordance with Type II NCTRF PD 04-11A dated 17 April 2012; pattern date 26 January 2012. These items are considered military unique. This acquisition will utilize Best Value Source Selection Procedures. Proposals submitted are required to include Product Demonstration Models (PDMs) and Past Performance. Anticipated issuance date will be on or after February 2020. Production Lead Time is 150 days for initial delivery and 120 days thereafter. Deliveries are FOB Destination to LANSING, MI 48906/AUSTIN, TX 78744/Pendergrass, GA 30567. All responsible sources may submit offers which DLA Troop Support shall consider.
