The mittens are to be made in accordance with specification MIL-M-11199H. The requirement will be issued as Unrestricted. The resulting award will be a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with a base and three option terms. The duration of each term will be one year. Total order quantities for each term (base and options) will be a minimum of 2,436 each/term and an annual estimated quantity of 9,744 each/term. While a maximum quantity is not provided per term, the Government reserves the right to place orders up to the Contact Maximum Quantity of 48,720 each for the life of the contract, not to exceed 1,353 each in any 30-day period. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Procedures will be utilized. The evaluation factors included will be: - Evaluation Factor #1, Terms and Conditions - Evaluation Factor #2, Product Demonstration Model Delivery terms will be FOB destination, inspection and acceptance at origin. Destination will be: 1) Pendergrass Distribution Center, Pendergrass, GA. The production lead-time for orders will be 90 days after the date of the order. An additional 60 days will be added to the fist scheduled shipment of the first order only to allow for first article sample submission and testing. Please note that ALL materials used in the fabrication of this item shall be furnished by the successful offeror.
