This is an unrestricted solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed-price contract to supply the HAT, SERVICE, DRILL INSTRUCTOR, OLIVE DRAB. The contract includes a guaranteed minimum of 3,480 units and a maximum of 60,732 units across five pricing tier periods. Performance of services will be at the Army 3PL Pendergrass Distribution Center in Pendergrass, GA. The production lead time is 120 days for the first delivery order and 90 days for subsequent orders. Technical merit and past performance are significantly more important than price in the best value trade-off evaluation.
