Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This acquisition is for the manufacture and delivery of Liner Absorbent, Flyers’ Helmet components under a Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with four 12-month ordering periods. The contract has a guaranteed minimum quantity of 1,458 units, an annual estimated quantity of 5,832 units, and a maximum quantity of 29,160 units. First Article Testing is required for eight units, and inspection and acceptance will occur at the origin with FOB Destination terms. Vendors must possess NFPA Standard 1977 and ISO 9001 certifications, and the solicitation is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The estimated solicitation release date is March 2026, and it will be posted electronically on the DLA DIBBS website.
