This is a full and open competition for a firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to manufacture and deliver a specific Coyote Brown canteen pouch over a 36-month term. The contract includes a guaranteed minimum of 6,150 units annually, with a maximum quantity of 92,250 units over three 12-month pricing tiers. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror, with technical acceptability heavily based on a required product demonstration model. All materials and components must be of domestic origin in compliance with the Berry Amendment. Deliveries will be made to third-party logistics depots in Michigan, Georgia, and Texas.
