This is a pre-solicitation notice for the manufacture and delivery of AGSU Buckles for the Army. The procurement will use a best-value trade-off process where technical factors (Pre-Production Samples and Past Performance) are significantly more important than price, resulting in firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts. There will be two separate lots, each a 100% small business set-aside, with a 60-month ordering period and annual estimated quantities of 120,000 units per year for each lot. Delivery is to distribution centers in Pendergrass, Georgia, and Austin, Texas, with an initial production lead time of 120 days. The solicitation will be posted electronically, and all contractors must be registered in SAM.
