This procurement aims to add two vendors to manufacture the Advanced Combat Helmet, Second Generation (ACH GEN II) to expand the industrial base for this critical safety item. The contract will result in two firm awards for quantities of 25,000 and 10,000 units. Deliveries will be made to third-party logistics facilities in Austin, Texas; Pendergrass, Georgia; and Lansing, Michigan. All items must be 100% U.S. made from 100% U.S. materials, in accordance with specific statutes. First Article Testing and Production Lot Testing are required.
