This procurement is for the manufacture and delivery of Marine Corps Intense Cold Weather Boots under a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract has a three-year base term with a minimum quantity of 1,260 pairs and a maximum quantity of 22,500 pairs. Production lead times are 180 days for the first delivery order and 150 days for subsequent orders. Inspection and acceptance occur at the origin, with final destination to a specified location in Austin, Texas.
