All infor... 23/P, Advanced Technology Anti-G Suit (23/P ATAGS) THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) / SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. As part of its market research, the Defense Logistics Agency / Clothing & Textiles Directorate is issuing this RFI/Sources Sought to determine if there exist qualified interested contractors capable of providing solutions to meet the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this RFI/Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking companies having an interest in and the capability to support this requirement for the following: Nomenclature: 23/P, Advanced Technology Anti-G Suit (23/P ATAGS) National Stock Numbers (NSNs): 8475-01-695-2500(s) The ATAGS are made in accordance with “ATP MSF880/5-ATP-GEN-0, REV B SHALL BE USED AS THE ACCEPT/REJECT REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCT INSPECTION AND TESTING FOR THE ATAGS PROGRAM. ANTI-G-GARMENT, BASIC ATAGS TYPE CSU-22/P & F22 ATAGS TYPE CSU-23 SHALL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATION NUMBER HSW AT AGS-001 REV D. 30 August 2006, SPECIFICATION NUMBER 40470G-01KX-0 Rev D AND ALL APLICABLE DRAWINGS.” Drawings for the ATAGS can be obtained from the following website: https://www.dla.mil/Troop-Support/Clothing-and-Textiles/Industry-Support/Spec-Request/ The ATAGS requires a vendor to acquire Engineering Source Approval (ESA) from the Air Force to be eligible for award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 315990 – Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing. All information received in response to this RFI/Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government reserves the right to ask follow-up clarifying questions to individual companies based on proprietary information submitted without posting those questions. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice in writing including details of your company’s ability to deliver the 23/P ATAGS. Information regarding the viability to receive and process classified information with appropriate contact information Provide any recommendations and/or concerns Responses to this RFI/Sources Sought should not exceed five (5) pages in length. This RFI/Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of the Defense Logistics Agency / Clothing & Textiles’ market research. No Request for Proposal (RFP) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFP. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
