Solicitation Number: SPE1C1-22-R-0118 Item: APECS Woodland Camouflage Parka (USMC version) PGC: 00103 NSN(s): 8415-01-672-6390 (s) This procurement is for the manufacture and delivery of APECS Woodland Camouflage Parka (USMC version). This subject procurement will be issued for one (1) lot and set aside for Small Business Concerns. The proposed solicitation will result in one award of Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity type contracts. The APECS Woodland Camouflage Parka (USMC version) will be procured in accordance with Purchase Description TYPE II, CLASS 1 OF MC-PD-19005 DATED 10 JAN 2019, PATTERN DATE 24 JAN 2019. This procurement will have one Base Year plus four (4) one-year Option terms with the following quantities: Min AEQ AOLQ Base 5,100 20,400 25,500 Option I 3,816 15,264 19,080 Option II 3,816 15,264 19,080 Option III 3,816 15,264 19,080 Option IV 3,816 15,264 19,080 Total 20,364 81,456 101,820 This solicitation will be evaluated under Best Value Trade Off Source Selection Procedures with the following evaluation factors: 1) Product Demonstration Models (PDM), 2) Past Performance Confidence Assessment. Offerors are required to include Product Demonstration Models (PDMs). Evaluation will consist to PDM, Past Performance, and price. FOB: DESTINATION Inspection/Acceptance: ORIGIN Delivery Destination: VSTJ, VSTG, VSTZ Production Lead Time (PLT) is 150 days for the first delivery order and 120 days for subsequent orders. It is anticipated this solicitation will be posted to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) on or after July 15, 2022. All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsible sources may submit offers which, if received in timely fashion, shall be considered.
