The cloth shall c... This information is for solicitation SPE1C1-22-R-0057. The item is CLOTH, POLY/WOOL, TROPICAL, WASHABLE, BLUE SHADE 3346. The applicable NSN for this procurement is 8305-01-151-1864. The cloth shall conform to the requirements of MIL-C24910B dated, 27 JANUARY 1992. Standard sample is identified as piece number 10163 and is available and applicable for shade, finish, and colorfastness. The purchase quantity for the 24 MONTH BASE PERIOD is as follows: Minimum: 52,746 yards and a maximum of 450,000 yards. The annual estimated quantity (AEQ) is 210,984 yards. The first delivery order is due 330 days after the date of award. If First Article is required, it will be due 120 days after date of award with the first 2,000 yards due for testing. If the first article test is waived, then the delivery period is 180 days after the date of the award. The destination for this item is VSTN, Peckham in Lansing, MI. The solicitation will have two separate CLINS. CLIN 0001 will be subject to the Berry Amendment. CLIN 0002 will be for Non-Domestic Cloth. For CLIN 0002 ONLY, a Domestic Non-Availability Determination (DNAD) will be approved prior to award. If a DNAD is not approved prior to award CLIN 0002 will be cancelled. The quantities stated above are combined quantities. Any combination of CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002 can be ordered. NOTE: YOU MUST SUBMIT AN OFFER AND BE ABLE TO PERFORM ON BOTH CLINS TO BE CONSIDERD FOR AWARD. FAILURE TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ON BOTH CLINS MAY RESULT IN THE REMOVAL OF YOUR PROPOSAL FROM FURTHER CONSIDERATION FOR AWARD. THERE WILL BE ONE AWARD MADE FOR PERFORMANCE OF BOTH CLINS, OR IN THE EVENT A DNAD IS NOT OBTAINED PRIOR TO AWARD, THEN PERFORMANCE WILL BE LIMITED TO CLIN 0001. The solicitation will be issued as an Unrestricted purchase that will result in a firm fixed price contract. This is a Best Value Acquisition with Source Selection Procedures. The following factors will be utilized in descending order of importance: Past Performance, and Socioeconomic Program Support. All materials used in fabrication of the end item are to be furnished by the contractor. The Government does not intend to use FAR Part 12 for this acquisition.
