There are a total of two lots under this solicitation. IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TECHNICAL DATA: The JPACE, LJPACE, and Repair Kits are items that require consistently high standards of manufacturing quality. These items are Critical Safety Items subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). In order to be eligible to receive the technical data, firms are required to have a JCP certification and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Please see attachments for requirements and forms to obtain JCP certification. Please see attached for the NDA.
