MODIFIED Solicitation Number: SPE1C1-21-R-0001 Item: Boot, Safety Flight Deck (PGC: 03149) Solicitation SPE1C1-21-R-0001 will be Unrestricted & will be evaluated under Source Selection- Trade-off -Best Value Procedures; with a Base Year & Four Option Year Terms. Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Type Contract is anticipated. One award will be made for the total quantities listed below: Unrestricted – 100% Base Year Minimum: 6,084 / AEQ: 34,320 / Maximum: 42,900 Option I Minimum: 6,084 / AEQ: 34,320 / Maximum: 42,900 Option II Minimum: 6,084 / AEQ: 34,320 / Maximum: 42,900 Option III Minimum: 6,084 / AEQ: 34,320 / Maximum: 42,900 Option IV Minimum: 6,084 / AEQ: 34,320 / Maximum: 42,900 NOTE: Special measurement boots with a 21 day production lead time for recruits and a 60 day production lead-time for non-recruits. The items will be procured on a FOB destination basis. Delivery of tariff sizes will be made to VSTN Items are to be manufactured in accordance with NCTRF PD 02-04B, dated 15 November 2006 Procurement will be issued on an Unrestricted basis and will be evaluated under Best Value Procedures with the following factors: Past Performance Confidence Assessment. One award will be made for the total quantities listed above. Production Lead Time for tariff sizes is 120 days.
