The solicitation wil... The proposed acquisition covers a requirement for Tape, Textile. NSN: 8315-00-255-7662; PGC: 90179. The tape, textile is to be made in accordance with specification MIL-DTL-43566. The solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price type contract with a base and three option terms. The duration of each term will be one year. Estimated total order quantities for the base and option terms will be a minimum of 5,010 rolls/term and an annual estimated quantity of 20,040 rolls/term. The 30-day order limitation quantity for the base and option terms will be 4,454 rolls. This is the maximum quantity that could be ordered within any 30-day period of the award. Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Source Selection procedures will be utilized. The will be one (1) evaluation factor: 1) Technical Acceptability Delivery terms will be FOB destination, inspection and acceptance at destination. The destination will include: 1) Phoenix, AZ The production lead time is 120 days. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) on or after June 11, 2020. Please note that ALL materials used in the fabrication of this item shall be furnished by the successful offeror. This solicitation contains DOMESTIC RESTRICTIONS, which means all components and all manufacturing must be obtained/performed within the United States. Generally, Clothing and Textile items (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012), including the materials and components thereof (other than sensors, electronics, or other items added to, and not normally associated with clothing), must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies.
