The pricing submitted under your proposal shall be representative of all terms and conditions listed herein. Acceleration of deliveries is requested at no additional cost to the government. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 314910 Textile Bag and Canvas Mills. This is a 100% unrestricted. Electronic offers are authorized for submission of initial offers and can be sent to the acquisition specialist via Jennifer.Scarpello@dla.mil. Offers can NOT be submitted through DIBBS nor Facsimile. Submitted offers will remain valid for 90 days after the solicitation closing date. First Article Samples are required under this procurement. Two (2) samples are required for each item listed below. All samples will be evaluated and or tested for Visual, Dimensional, and Fit per the PD fit examinations. First Article Samples are due 60 days after date of award and First delivery is due 80 days after First Article Approval. The Government will issue an award to the responsible offeror who meets all terms and conditions of the solicitation, determined technically acceptable at the lowest, overall price that is determined fair and reasonable. The Government will calculate an offeror's overall price by adding the total dollar value or extended price of each item. The total dollar value or extended price of each item is calculated by multiplying the proposed unit price by the fixed quantity number of units for each item.
