ITEM: Kit Bag, Universal Parachute NSN: 8460-01-625-5909 Fixed Quantity: 2,000 units Unit of Issue: Each Variance: +2.0% FOB Destination Only Pricing Inspection and Acceptance at Origin This procurement is for a firm fixed price, fixed quantity for 2,000 units of the Kit Bag, Universal Parachute all specifications will be sourced via the DLA Joint Certification Program (JCP) following the registration and validation procedures. Selected National Stock Numbers (NSNs) will require additional permissions to access the associated technical data. In the event a vendor cannot access the technical data for a NSN in DLA cFolders, the vendor must submit a onetime request to jcpvalidation@dla.mil for technical data access consideration. If a vendor has inquiries after having submitted required information to the JCP office, these inquiries are to be directed to DLAJ344DataCustodian@dla.mil. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 314910. Two (2) First Article Samples are required under this solicitation due 60 days after date of award. First Delivery is due 150 days after date of award with a passing first article for 500 units and 500 units per month for the next three months. Offerors are cautioned that all components must be of domestic origin in compliance with Clause 252.225-7012 Preference for Certain Domestic Commodities (DEC 2017).
