*** Update 6 February 2019: The RFI submission deadline is extended to close of business on 11 February 2019. Also, please note revisions were made to the RFI, to include updating the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code. The Department of the Navy (DON) Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), on behalf of the Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), and Program Manager Ships (PMS) 444, is providing a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the envisioned NMMES-TR A&CS acquisition. Please see the three (3) attached files in this notice: (1) RFI, Revised 5 February 2019; (2) Draft PWS; and (3) RFI Attachment, Comments Resolution Matrix (CRM). All documents are posted in the NMMES-TR Technical Data Repository (TDR), which is accessible via the following: https://acqupass.noblis.org/AccessNMMES Responses are requested as soon as possible, but due no later than close of business on 11 February 2019. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to pms_444_contract.fct@navy.mil. This notice is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is NOT a solicitation announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice, or any follow-up information requests. Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of the evaluation. All information received that is marked "Proprietary" will be handled in accordance with FAR 3.104. Please be advised that all responses become Government property and will not be returned. In accordance with FAR 15.201 (e), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
