The purpose of... *** Update 2 April 2019: A revised draft of the System Integrator (SI) Performance Work Statement (PWS) is posted to the Technical Data Repository (TDR) for informational purposes only. The purpose of this amended posting is to inform industry that there has been a change in the NMMES-TR contracting strategy based on feedback received from both industry and the Government acquisition community. This latest draft SI PWS has incorporated the requirements for the Capability Integration Platform (CIP) shared services environment complete with the associated applications and services needed for that environment, along with the supporting cloud hosting services. The second contract, referred to as the Applications and Cloud Services (A&CS) contract at the 1 February 2019 industry day, will now consist of business applications only. The timelines for these two (2) contracts as briefed have not changed. Questions, comments, areas requiring clarification, or recommendations relating to the PWS may be submitted within the RFI Attachment 2, Comments Resolution Matrix (CRM). *** Update 10 January 2019: The RFI submission deadline is extended to close of business on 15 January 2019. The Department of the Navy (DON) Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), on behalf of the Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), and Program Manager Ships (PMS) 444, is providing a draft PWS and draft Request for Proposal (RFP) Section J attachments for the envisioned NMMES-TR SI acquisition. All documents are posted in the NMMES-TR TDR, which is accessible via the following: https://acqupass.noblis.org/AccessNMMES Responses are requested as soon as possible, but due no later than close of business on 15 January 2019. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to pms_444_contract.fct@navy.mil. This notice is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government.
