1/16/2019: The due date for responses is extended to 24 January 2019, 14:00 PDT. Please see the updated GPNTS Hardware Production Follow-on RFI document. Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I) Communications and GPS Navigation Program Office (PMW/A 170) is investigating contracting options for the production of GPS-Based Positioning, Navigation, and Timing Service (GPNTS) hardware starting in FY21. The TDP and other GPNTS technical documentation are available on the Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E) secure site. The GFI data package associated with this RFI can be accessed at the DI2E secured website. To request DI2E account and access use the following website: https://idam.di2e.net/openam/XUI/#login/. Once the account is approved, the documents can be located within the GPNTS Production Follow- On home page. For detailed DI2E instructions please contact Mr. Ken Nickel. Additionally, to obtain access to this secure website, each company must: Sign and return the GPNTS Bidders Repository Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) posted on the SPAWAR E-commerce website entitled, GPNTS Bidders Repository NDA to Ken Nickel, kenneth.nickel@navy.mil. Have an active DD 2345 on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). If the company does not have an active DD 2345 on file and cannot provide a Joint Certification Program (JCP) number, please visit DLIS at http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/ for more information on how to complete and submit the DD 2345. Provide the email address and phone number for each requested user and the companys JCP number to Ken Nickel, kenneth.nickel@navy.mil. Each company may request DI2E access for up to two representatives. Each user is required to be a U.S. DoD contractor and have a valid DoD or External Certification Authority (ECA) issued PKI certification to gain access to the website. If a requestor is a U.S. DoD contractor and does not have a valid DoD or ECA-issued PKI certificate, contact, Ken Nickel, kenneth.nickel@navy.mil. The Government will provide instructions on how to access the secured site to the approved company representatives after their Bidders Repository NDAs have been received and JCP number verified.
