This is a sole source acquisition for Scandium Metal Flake. APL materials has been identified as the only vendor available capable of fulfilling the government's required product needs at the capacity required for the contract. Please review the attached solicition in it's entirity to review applicable technical requirements, statement of work, etc. A signed/filled out copy of the attached SF1449 must be included with your quote to be considered for award. The Govenrments J&A for this sole source is also attached in redacted form. Quotes are required to be received by 01 SEP 2025 at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. All vendor questions about the RFP shall be submitted via e- mail to Adam Steele at Adam.Steele@dla.mil with a carbon copy sent to Alek Pagliaccetti at Alek.Pagliaccetti@dla.mil. All questions shall be received by 25 AUG 2025 at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, after which the period for responding to questions shall have closed.
