Amendment 0002 The purpose of this Amendment 0002 to Solicitation SP8000-25-R-0002 is to add updated version of Attachment A Statement of Work (SOW) and provide Questions and Answers. Submitted proposals will be evaluated based on the requirements set forth in the solicitation including those changes resulting from this Amendment 0002. (See Amendment 0002 for details). Please Acknowledge all Amendments. Amendment 0001 The purpose of this Amendment 0001 to Solicitation SP8000-25-R-0002 is to correct the closing response date on the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. Defense Logistics Agency intends to purchase a total 32.5 metric tons (MT) of Antimony Trisulfide (Sb2S3). The acceptable variance of the weight of antimony trisulfide delivered to DLA Strategic Materials is ±1%. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a period of performance for a base period of one (1) 12-month period. The NAICS code for this action is 325998 – All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing. PSC: 6810. Questions or clarifications in response to the solicitation must be submitted NLT October 10, 2024, at 12:00 PM EST. Questions received after October 10, 2024; will be considered invalid and will not receive a proper response. The offeror shall take care to ensure that mathematical calculations are correct. The price proposal shall be submitted using Attachment C: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) Structure.
