("McCreath") ... The Defense Logistics Agency Contracting Services office at Columbus (DCSO -C3} intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source follow-on award contract to Andrew S. McCreath & Son, Inc. ("McCreath") for sampling and testing laboratory services. The period of performance will consist of the date of award until all 37 Lots are Sampled and Tested or until July 31, 2026, whichever date occurs first. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement demonstrating the ability to provide the requested services, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
