This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide logistics support services for the storage and rotation of a strategic buffer stock of Titanium 6-4 metal in billet, sheet, round, and plate forms. The services will support the DLA J74 Warstopper Program to reduce manufacturing lead times for military applications including airframes, armor, and engines. The contract has a 12-month base period with two 12-month option periods, and performance will occur at the contractor's facility. The total contract value has a guaranteed minimum of $500,000 and a maximum of $2,000,000, and award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer.
