DLA Strategic Materials intends to purchase 5,000 metric tons (MT) of Electrolytic Manganese Metal (EMM) flakes with a minimum manganese (Mn) content of 99.00% by mass. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items with additional information included in attachments. The contractor shall deliver no more than 300 MT per month and no more than 60 MT each day to the Government until the contractor delivers a total of 5,000 MT of EMM. The period of performance is a base period of 24 months in which product delivery must begin within 180 days after date of award. Questions or clarifications in response to this solicitation must be submitted NLT June 3, 2022, at noon, EST. A revised Statement of Work (SOW) is hereby incorporated and replaces the previously published SOW. 2.
