Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Strategic Materials intends to purchase 1,662 metric tons (MT) of cerium carbonate powder with a TREO minimum content of 48% by mass and a minimum of cerium oxide/TREO minimum purity of 99.95% by mass. DLA Strategic Materials will include a base period and three option periods. Each 416 MT of the base period or option period of the total 1,662 MT of the material shall be delivered within 12 months after contract award, with no more than 300 MT in each month and no more than 60 MT each day. Any option to increase quantity shall be delivered within 12 months of the option exercise date and shall also not exceed 300 MT each month and no more than 60 MT each day. AMENDMENT 001 made revisions to the solicitation, including the inclusion of questions from interested contractors and the Government's answers. AMENDMENT 002 made revisions to the solicitation due to the addition of the Past Performance Questionnaire.
