DLA Strategic Materials intends: 1. to continue the storage of 100 mm (4”) and 150 mm (6”) unfinished Germanium (Ge) wafers and 2. potentially rotate 4” Ge unfinished wafers to new 6” Ge unfinished wafers. DLA Strategic Materials will provide the existing 4” and 6” unfinished Ge wafer inventory to a vendor as Government Furnished Material (GFM). DLA Strategic Materials further recommends that at least one of rotation could be initiated during the delivery period. DLA Strategic Materials and DCSO-F2 anticipates awarding a sole source indefinite quantity indefinite delivery (ID/IQ) contract and following Task Orders to 5N Plus Semiconductors, LLC. as the sole vendor capable of fulfilling this requirement.
