DCSO is planning a potential lease of 54 A4 multifunctional devices (MFDs) for locations in Germany for up to 60 months. The leased-device services include delivery, full-service maintenance with all consumables except paper, relocation, technical refresh, removal, reports, network functionality, and network security. DCSO is seeking industry feedback on product specification sheets meeting or exceeding the draft PWS, estimated monthly lease pricing, and whether vendors can meet all draft PWS requirements or identify exceptions. Additional feedback is welcome, and the draft PWS is included as Attachment 1.
