The Government intends to negotiate directly with Only One Source under the authority at FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901. DCSO-P New Cumberland has a requirement for an up to 6-month continued lease of 81 ONE-Net Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) with associated maintenance services and supplies (excluding paper) for OCONUS – Bahrain until devices under the already awarded follow-on contract can be delivered and installed, anticipated to be no later than 08/30/2026. The Government does not own the 81 MFDs that are currently in place and included in this short-term acquisition. Reference Attachment 1 – Statement of Work and Attachment 2 – Device List Locations.
