DLA Contracting Services Office (DCSO) intends to create multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm fixed price contracts. Delivery orders placed off these IDIQs will be firm fixed price. Inspection and acceptance will occur at FOB destination. The requirement will be awarded to the offerors who meet the Technically Acceptable specifications of this proposal, subject to testing and approval. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 ? Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Request For Proposals (RFP) for the purchase of 40 inch Wide-Format Printer Solutions. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449.Each 40 inch Wide-Format Printing device must be capable of printing maps and other similar documents. Purchases will include technical, analyst and support services, maintenance, parts, supplies and device training. The support and supplies portion of this contract will support currently installed equipment until the end of their lifecycle. Review all attached documents for details.
