DLA Contracting Services Office (DCSO) intends to create multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm fixed price contracts. Delivery orders placed off these IDIQs will be firm fixed price. Inspection and acceptance will occur at FOB destination. The requirement will be awarded to the offerors who meet the Technically Acceptable specifications of this proposal, subject to testing and approval. This is a Request For Quotes (RFQ) SP7000-25-Q-1036, for the purchase of 60+ inch Wide-Format Printer Solutions. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. Each 60+ inch Wide-Format Printing device must be capable of printing maps and other similar documents. Purchases will include technical, analyst and support services, maintenance, parts, supplies and device training. The support and supplies portion of this contract will support currently installed equipment until the end of their lifecycle. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 ? Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice; and in conjunction with the FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. AMENDMENT 0001 replaces the PWS and provides answers to questions. AMENDMENT 0002 revises the PWS to remove the ONLINE Folder from the requirement. AMEND 0003 is to extend the closing date to June 13, 2025. Amendment 0005 is to extend the closing date to June 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time zone. Amend 0006 is to answer vendor question.
