This RFQ is being issued to establish a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract procurement of the following equipment and associated services. One (1) high-speed case (box) building machine for preparing cardboard boxes for filling and shipping. This purchase includes, installation and associated system training, as well as additional parts/kits for self-maintenance. The location is DLA Document Services, NAS Pensacola 290 Sprague Ave. Bldg. 809 STE A, Pensacola, FL 32509-5112. This high-speed case (box) builder must include either maintenance for the twelve (12) month base plus additional four (4) one (1) year options, or a warranty plan. All responsible sources may submit quotations via the PIEE Solicitation module, which shall be considered by the agency. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: DLA seeks to enter into an FFP contract for a procurement of one (1) high-speed case (box) builder for DLA Document Services, NAS Pensacola 290 Sprague Ave. Bldg. 809 STE A, Pensacola, FL 32509-5112. All offered devices must meet requirements stated in the Statement of Work. See Attachment 1 ? Statement of Work (SOW) for requirement details. Amendment 0001 is issued to extend the due dates for quotes to 27 March 2025 at 10:00 am EST. Amendment 0002 is issued to extend the due date for quotes to 23 April 2025 and remove the small business set aside making this an unrestricted requirement. All other requirements remain the same.
