Subject: Request for Information – Sources Sought RFI Number: SP7000-24-RFI-1018 DCSO – P New Cumberland is issuing this sources sought notice to find vendors who are potentially interested in the requirement to replace and repair the Hydraulic Pump of a Dexter-Lawson Industrial Guillotine style paper cutter. The replacement Pump must be certified and come with a 30-day warranty. The Dexter-Lawson machine is located at the Defense Logistics Agency Document Services facility in Rock Island, IL. All repairs and replacement will occur on site. This sources sought notice is being submitted for market research purposes only. This sources sought notice neither constitutes a Request for Quotes, Request for Proposals or Invitation for Bids, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. Also, this sources sought notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor hours, training, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the requirement. The contractor shall ensure that each contract employee meets the education, experience, training, licensing, health, and age requirements stated by any and all federal and state regulations. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to this sources sought notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811310 with a small business size standard of up to $12.5M and a Product or Service Code (PSC) of J039. Potential offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website to be able to receive a contract to work for the US Government. Potential offerors are responsible for completing and maintaining registration in the SAM.gov website. All interested parties shall submit their response via email to the POC by 15 April 2024 and include: Business name, CAGE code, point-of-contact, type of business (i.e. small, large, 8(a), etc.), brief company history, information for any current or previous government contracts Also, please include the delivery time required after receipt of order.
