The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) seeks to enter into a contract for Three (3) Multifunctional Devices for up to 60 month lease of Multifunctional Devices (MFDs), accessories and office document devices (hereafter collectively referred to as ?devices?) within OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES (OCONUS) ?
