The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to answer a vendor question, add Procurement Note H16, Incorporate REVISED Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement dated 2/8/2022, and extend closing date. See A0002 and Revised Attachment 1 for details. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to incorporate REVISED Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement dated 1/14/2022. IMPORTANT NOTE: Offerors shall submit quotes for this solicitation through the Solicitation Module portal located in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) suite located at https://piee.eb.mil/. (Requires vendor registration.) There are two vendor roles (Proposal Manager, Proposal View Only) for the PIEE Solicitation Module. The Proposal Manager role is required to submit an offer to a solicitation posted in the PIEE Solicitation Module. If not already registered, it is recommended that offerors interested in submitting a quote for this requirement complete registrations (and request necessary Roles) now in order to be prepared to respond timely. PIEE Solicitation Module is the ONLY electronic commerce method authorized for the submission of quotes in response to this RFQ. Submissions received outside of the PIEE Solicitation Module will NOT be considered. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: DLA seeks to enter into a firm-fixed-price contract for up to 60-month lease of 91 Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) in Belgium, Netherlands, and Dulmen, Germany with services and equipment, accessories and copier machines (hereafter collectively referred to as devices) including installation and removal, full-service maintenance, all consumable supplies (excluding paper), key operator training, reports, relocations, network functionality, and network security. Testing and approval shall be performed by the DLA Information Operations EMS Division in conjunction with the Contractor?s assistance. See Attachment 1 ? Performance Work Statement (PWS) for requirement details.
