The Government intends to negotiate directly with Only One Source under the authority at FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901. The requirement is for an up to 3-month lease and maintenance of 374 multifunctional devices for multiple locations in Italy. See attached RFQ SP700025Q1002 for details.
